You only pay the one delivery charge these are stated below
UK Standard Delivery - *£4.95*
Highlands and Islands/Channel Isles and Northern Ireland - *£10.95*
Eire - *£12.95*
We are unable at this moment to Deliver Mirrors/Large Items of Furniture to the Highlands/Islands, N Ireland and Eire we are working to resolve this matter.
Discounts
We do offer 5% discount on orders over £600.00 and 10% on orders over £2500.00. We also offer special offers and promotional money Off Vouchers please email us with your contact details at sales@lavenue.co.uk
Accepted Payment
We accept all Credit/Debit cards you can purchase with your Credit/Debit card through our secure online shopping cart or please call our sales team on 01257 412297
We also accept Paypal and postal orders (if you are paying with postal order please email us at sales@lavenue.co.uk to inform us)
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime if you do want to cancel please contact us immediately and all money paid will be refunded.
Damaged or missing Items please contact us immediately either by telephone 01257 412297, Fax 01257 410376 or email sales@lavenue.co.uk
If you are unhappy with your purchase upon receipt then please contact us and a refund of the purchase price will be credited to you, we are sorry but we are unable to refund any of the postage costs that have been paid or incurred. Please make sure all returns are packaged securely.
All large items are dispatched by a private courier and you will be contacted to organise a delivery date.
